"Bonita is not just a food business. It is a joyful new beginning for Chef Sam following a life changing accident, and a way for Paulo to stay connected to his roots and celebrate his culture while being so far from home.

"I designed La Puerta Roja so that British people could experience Mexico on their doorstep. My passion is great food, especially Mexican. We love meeting people from around the country, sharing the love. Working in the catering industry is hard work, but it all pays off seeing the joy on people's faces after eating our food."
